Client Specialist

We're Hiring: Client Account Manager – India Staffing Location: Chennai (Valasaravakkam) Experience: 3–8 YEARS Employment Type: Full-Time Preferred: Immediate Joiners or Candidates Currently Serving Notice Period Key Responsibilities Manage and grow client accounts for India Staffing requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely closures.

Drive end-to-end account management, including requirement gathering, delivery tracking, and client communication. Monitor recruitment metrics, SLAs, and hiring progress. Coordinate interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding activities.

Resolve client escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills 3–8 years of experience in India Staffing or IT Staffing. Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills. Experience in account management and recruitment delivery.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and staffing processes.
