Client Services Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION

Pay: $19-$20.50 Per Hour

Location: Mississauga, ON - Hybrid 1x Per Week

Employment: 12-Month Contract + Conversion

Insight Global is seeking a Services Representative to join the Payment Operations team, which serves as the centralized wire processing hub for a major Canadian financial institution. This role acts as the first line of defence in the processing of incoming and outgoing wire payments for both corporate and retail clients, using the primary wire payment system (EWP). Key responsibilities include performing critical compliance and control checks on required wire data elements, conducting sanctions screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing post-execution support for wire payments.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Entry-level working experience

- Strong problem solving capabilities

- Fast learner; strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong computer literacy (required for use of several internal applications)

- Strong customer service skills

- Excellent communication skills

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Banking experience
