Client Services Associate – Financial Services

Who we are: TEOL Capital is an institutional finance firm serving private capital firms and the operating companies they back. We work with private equity sponsors, family offices, fund managers, and founder-led businesses to strengthen financial reporting, governance, capital readiness, and transaction execution. Our senior professionals work directly inside client organizations, and we hold ourselves to the standards our clients' lenders, boards and investors expect.

Your impact: As a Client Services Associate, you will be central to how clients experience TEOL Capital from their first interaction with the firm. You will work closely with the firm's partners to manage client relationships, coordinate engagements, and make sure every interaction reflects the quality of our work.

You will manage incoming client inquiries and coordinate meetings with senior leadership. You will prepare background materials on prospective clients and their businesses ahead of each meeting, and support client discussions by documenting outcomes and next steps. You will maintain accurate client records, manage ongoing communication with prospective and existing clients, and coordinate the onboarding of new engagements.

This role offers direct exposure to senior finance professionals and to the business owners, investors and advisors the firm serves.

Your qualifications and skills

• Two or more years of experience in client services, executive support or business development, preferably in professional services, financial services or consulting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to engage with confidence and discretion with business owners, investors and senior executives
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to work during US Eastern business hours
• Interest in private equity, M&A, or corporate finance is a plus
