Client Relationship Lead

Summary

The Client Relationship Lead develops and supports store-level strategies to strengthen client relationships and drive growth across targeted client segments. The role partners with store leadership and brand experience teams to improve client engagement and development results.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across store and market segments, including top clients.
• Monitor client development KPIs, customer engagement, spending-tier migration, and retention.
• Develop and execute tactics and initiatives to achieve client development goals in partnership with store leadership and Brand Experience.
• Use the Connect app to deepen client relationships and identify opportunities for Private Client Relations programs and experiences.
• Support the coordination of in-store experiences and events.

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience; luxury retail fashion experience is preferred.
• A four-year degree is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a results-driven, collaborative approach.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel proficiency is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
