Role Overview The candidate will be a member of the Client Onboarding team, supporting the Client Lifecycle Team Lead in a fast‑paced financial services environment. This graduate‑level role includes training to develop key skills in the financial services sector.

Role Responsibilities Deliver allocated client lifecycle processes effectively, ensuring execution within defined service levels and on schedule. Complete onboarding cases for low, medium, and high‑risk clients across all TP ICAP businesses, performing all required KYC/AML and due‑diligence checks. Monitor negative media alerts, investigate and, where appropriate, escalated findings to compliance.

Utilise screening tools to conduct efficient client screening for BAU cases. Assist with group mailbox management, responding to queries and allocating e‑mails within the team. Build relationships with internal operations stakeholders and front‑office brokers.

Liaise with Anti‑Financial Crime in London on AML/KYC risk escalations. People Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to provide an efficient BAU service and reduce client onboarding times in EMEA. Provide feedback on process enhancements to senior management.

Support all team members in their daily tasks to foster a positive team culture. Experience / Competences Excellent attention to detail, high organisational skills, and a proactive approach. Strong analytical ability and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work effectively under high pressure. Highly effective written and oral communication skills; adaptable style to suit audience. Comfortable working in fast‑paced or pressured environments.

Skilled in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of financial markets. Previous experience in a similar organisation.
