Client Engagement Manager / Account Executive

Job Title: Remote Client Account Executive Hourly Pay: $30 -$35/hour Summary We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Client Account Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, deliver excellent service, and help uncover new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, provide strategic guidance, and ensure overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts with a focus on satisfaction and retention. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Develop and execute strategies for upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth. Track account activity and provide reports on performance and opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience in account management, sales, or client services.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM tools and maintaining accurate account data.
