Placement Type: Permanent Salary: $100,000-120,000 Salary plus yearly bonus Start Date: Apr 13, 2026 We are looking for an experienced, high-impact Client Director to join our vibrant Chicago office. As a key leader in the rapidly expanding US arm of our global, independent agency, you won't just manage accounts-you'll be a strategic architect for some of the world's most iconic brands, with a strong focus on branding/identity and CPG. The Role in Detail You are a proactive leader ready to hit the ground running.
Splitting your focus between Chicago and European offices, you will act as a trusted partner and "critical friend" to senior clients, ensuring we don't just meet expectations, but redefine them. Relationship Architect: Maintain and deepen C-suite relationships, ensuring long-term loyalty and partnership. Growth Driver: Identify untapped opportunities, lead winning pitches, and take commercial responsibility for account scaling.

REQUIREMENTS Experience: Proven track record in a global agency setting, ideally within the CPG sector. Expertise: Deep knowledge of the branding lifecycle-from high-level strategy and design to activation and comms. Commercial Savvy: Expert-level management of client budgets, forecasting, and P&L.
