Client Coordinator Job Locations US-OR-Portland ID 2026-19395 Overview Element has an opportunity for a Client Coordinator to join our team in Portland. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector. Site Status: 100% On-Site Pay Range: $25-$33/hr DOE Responsibilities Support the operation of the business by management of new and existing clients Answer client calls and emails Login samples and ensure accurate chain of custody information is entered into LIMS Work with subcontract laboratories to ensure accurate sample data Track and order laboratory supplies Support Accounts Payable/Receivable Teams and attend monthly meetings Ensure that client files and records are maintained in an accurate and complete manner Skills / Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 3-5 years of xxperience of the Testing Laboratory Industry would be desirable, however not essential Experience of working in a target driven environment Experience working in a fast-paced office environment Excellent communication skills both verbal and written at all levels Experience of working within a customer service environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and oral Strong team player Self-starter with good organisation skills Proactive, logical and methodical Confident, punctual and well organized Attention to detail #LI-TK1 Company Overview Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
