Roles & Responsibility

• Lead Conversion & Sales : Connect with potential customers through calls, virtual meetings, and site visits to understand their requirement and convert lead into sales.
• Build strong relation with client, understand their property needs, provide suitable options, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate negotiations between clients and builders while maintaining a strong sale pipeline and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales target.
• Promote relevant NoBroker services, generate customer referrals, and stay updated on real estate market trends.

Requirments:

• Minimum qualifications required is a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven track record of sales experience or a similar role in a sales environment.
• Real estate experience is plus
• Should have own vehicle
• Good locality Understanding
• Ability to convince, persuade, and handle objections effectively.
