About Our School

St Charles Catholic Primary School Ryde is one of Sydney's oldest Catholic schools which began in 1858. It offers a rich and varied curriculum embedded in the Mercy tradition. About You

As a Classroom Teacher, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. You'll bring:

  • expertise in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies
  • strong classroom management and student well-being focus
  • ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences
  • a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation
  • Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.

Working With Children Check (WWCC)
