We are looking for a Claims Manager (SME) to lead claims domain expertise, optimize claims workflows, and support solution alignment across Scry AI’s insurance-focused offerings. This role is critical in bridging deep claims knowledge with AI-driven automation to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Role Overview As a Claims Manager (SME) at Scry AI, you will bring strong domain expertise in insurance claims and work closely with product, sales, and delivery teams to shape solutions aligned with real-world claims processes.
You will be responsible for analyzing claims workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and enabling the implementation of AI-driven solutions that improve turnaround time and reduce errors. This role is ideal for someone with deep claims experience who can translate operational knowledge into scalable, technology-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Claims Domain Expertise & Process Optimization Act as a domain expert for insurance claims processes across lines of business Analyze existing claims workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risk areas Recommend process improvements aligned with automation and digital transformation Solution Alignment & Enablement Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with claims requirements Provide domain inputs for AI models, document workflows, and automation logic Support customization and configuration of claims-related solutions Client Engagement & Advisory Engage with clients to understand claims challenges and operational requirements Provide expert guidance on improving claims accuracy, compliance, and efficiency Support pre-sales discussions by articulating domain-driven value propositions Quality, Compliance & Risk Management Ensure claims processes adhere to regulatory and compliance standards Identify fraud risks, inconsistencies, and control gaps within claims workflows Support implementation of audit-ready and compliant claims processes Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and delivery Create documentation, best practices, and knowledge resources for claims processes Provide training and enablement for internal teams on claims domain expertise Required Qualifications and Skills Strong experience in insurance claims management and operations Deep understanding of claims lifecycle, documentation, and adjudication processes Ability to map business processes to technology solutions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, or AI-driven claims solutions is a plus Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency Our Ideal Candidate Has deep expertise in insurance claims with hands-on operational experience Can bridge business processes with technology-driven solutions Is proactive in identifying inefficiencies and driving improvements Is confident in client-facing discussions and advisory roles Thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment Is interested in AI, insurance technology, and intelligent automation If this role interests you, follow our page to stay updated on more job opportunities and insights into how AI companies are reshaping insurance operations and claims management.
