About the role

As the Claims and Admin Support, you will be an important point of contact for the Employment Services participants, staff and other programs. Majority of your time will be working within the Call Centre team managing inbound calls, recording information and providing appropriate assistance.

When required, you will assist the Claims team by reviewing and gathering documentation, following up on outstanding evidence and general Claim admin support.

About you

  • Experience in Employment Services and Claims
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Experience working in a call centre, customer service or administration environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A calm and professional approach when dealing with challenging situations.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and professional handling of participant information.
