Claim & Administration Assistant

Join a Leading Australian Building Products Manufacturer

Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturer supplying high-quality insulated building products to the commercial, industrial and residential construction sectors. Known for their commitment to quality, innovation and customer service, they are looking for a Claim & Administration Assistant to join their busy and supportive team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing warranty and non-conformance claims, supporting customers, and working closely with internal departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, administration and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming warranty and non-conformance claims.
  • Investigate claims by reviewing documentation and liaising with production and quality teams.
  • Keep customers updated throughout the claims process.
  • Coordinate product remakes, reworks and customer credits.
  • Maintain accurate records and claims documentation.
  • Assist with order processing and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide general administrative support across the team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

About You To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service or claims management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Highly Regarded

  • Experience in a manufacturing, construction or industrial environment.
  • Exposure to warranty claims, quality assurance or non-conformance processes.
  • Experience using ERP or order management systems.
