Join a Leading Australian Building Products Manufacturer
Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturer supplying high-quality insulated building products to the commercial, industrial and residential construction sectors. Known for their commitment to quality, innovation and customer service, they are looking for a Claim & Administration Assistant to join their busy and supportive team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing warranty and non-conformance claims, supporting customers, and working closely with internal departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, administration and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming warranty and non-conformance claims.
- Investigate claims by reviewing documentation and liaising with production and quality teams.
- Keep customers updated throughout the claims process.
- Coordinate product remakes, reworks and customer credits.
- Maintain accurate records and claims documentation.
- Assist with order processing and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide general administrative support across the team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
About You To be successful, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in administration, customer service or claims management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Highly Regarded
- Experience in a manufacturing, construction or industrial environment.
- Exposure to warranty claims, quality assurance or non-conformance processes.
- Experience using ERP or order management systems.
