Civil Engineering Tech

We are seeking a Civil Tech Engineer / Civil Technician to join a growing and collaborative engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on civil design experience who enjoys working on practical, real-world projects and contributing to a fast-paced environment. This position offers strong exposure to site development and infrastructure projects, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers and gain continued technical growth.

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 base + bonus Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design and preparation of civil engineering plans and drawings Support site development projects including grading, drainage, and utility layouts Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D (or similar software) for drafting and design work Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure project accuracy and timelines Perform basic calculations and support technical documentation Review plans and assist with revisions based on feedback Qualifications: 2+ years of civil engineering or civil technician experience Experience with site development, land development, or infrastructure projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and similar design software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Nice to Have: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Exposure to local codes, permitting, or construction documentation
