Role & Responsibilities Support the design and delivery of large-scale industrial site development projects, with a focus on bulk earthworks, site grading, and integrated surface and subsurface servicing systems Contribute to stormwater management design, including collection, conveyance, detention, and controlled discharge systems Coordinate sanitary, water, and utility infrastructure across complex, multi-use industrial sites Assist with project planning, detailed design development, and construction support activities Collaborate with structural, electrical, process, and environmental disciplines to deliver coordinated and constructible solutions Manage design interfaces and support overall project schedules Prepare and contribute to technical reports, calculations, and design documentation Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation, or eligibility to obtain 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within industrial or site development projects Experience with bulk earthworks, site grading, and servicing design Working knowledge of stormwater management systems and infrastructure coordination Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Motivated to learn and grow within a smaller, experienced engineering team WolfTrek welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
