Customer Care Support – Civil Engineer (Executives / Associates Level) Company: Teleperformance Location: Mumbai – Malad Department: Customer Care Support / Facilities Coordination Role Overview Teleperformance is hiring Civil Engineers (Executives / Associates level) for a Customer Care Support role . This position requires candidates with prior civil engineering experience , who will support customer queries, coordination, and issue tracking related to civil, maintenance, and infrastructure services. The role is ideal for civil engineers looking to transition into a support-based role while leveraging their technical knowledge.
