Job Description Lead and mentor civil design staff through design and construction phases Manage civil and site design work in a multidisciplinary team environment Design and coordinate grading, stormwater, sewer, water, erosion control, paving, and related site systems Prepare and refine civil concepts, drawings, and specifications with constructability in mind Coordinate with clients, contractors, public agencies, vendors, and internal teams Ensure designs meet jurisdictional requirements and internal quality standards Respond to contractor questions during construction and help keep projects moving smoothly Support business development through proposals, interviews, and creative client solutions Help break down project scope, costs, and scheduling as part of project planning and delivery Qualifications Active Civil PE license 3+ years of relevant civil engineering design experience Strong understanding of site civil design concepts and jurisdictional requirements Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365 Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and mentor junior staff Flexible, strategic mindset with strong problem-solving ability Why You Will Love Working Here You will be part of a team-based culture that values meaningful work, professional respect, and long-term growth.
