Childcare centre educator (ECE)

We are seeking a dedicated ECE Level 2 who brings experience, leadership, and a passion for early learning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding children through meaningful play, supporting team members, and contributing to program planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play based programming.
• Lead small groups and support children's social-emotional development.
• Collaborate with team to create engaging learning environments.
• Document learning through observations and communication with families.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety and centre policies.
• Model professionalism, teamwork, and positive guidance strategies.

Qualifications

• Saskatchewan ECE Level 2 certification
• Experience working in licensed childcare centre
• Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
• Current First Aid/CPR
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences
