Detailed Responsibilities

  • High-Stakes B2B Enterprise Acquisition: Directly identify, pitch, and secure high-value recurring B2B contract retainers with major healthcare networks, corporate employers, and logistics hubs across the region. Present data-driven operational blueprints to C-suite executives and hospital boards demonstrating how our support models eliminate burnout and slash turnover liabilities.
  • Clinical Compliance & Partner Integration: Architect seamless B2B referral pipelines with private physician networks and local medical clinics to eliminate medical appointment no-shows and prescription abandonment. Secure integrated contract structures where healthcare providers utilize our specialized portal for non-medical fleet rides and courier deliveries.
  • On-Site Corporate Engagement & Leadership: Strategically oversee the launch and execution of on-site corporate engagement and appreciation events within client facilities and auditoriums. Empower and deploy your field leadership team—including the Director of Partnerships and Director of Marketing—to drive digital app adoption and transit voucher distribution.
  • Cross-Functional Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate daily in our executive suites with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to sync incoming contract parameters with active fleet operations and dispatch grids. Partner closely with the CFO to manage corporate allocations and coordinate alongside the CHRO to align onboarding contract volumes with internal staffing pipelines.

About the Role Requirements & QualificationsB2B & Business Dev

  • 10+ years in corporate business development, strategic partnerships, or institutional enterprise sales
  • 5+ years in senior executive roles pitching to healthcare networks, C-suite executives, & enterprise leaders
  • Proven track record of securing multi-year recurring revenue contract retainers
  • Deep network across regional healthcare systems, corporate HR leaders, & civic organizations

Pipelines & Operations

  • Expertise in structuring high-value service level agreements (SLAs) & contract negotiations
  • Ability to turn workforce performance and retention metrics into compelling sales narratives
  • Proven direction of multi-channel outreach campaigns and institutional engagement events
  • Growth mindset with a clear vision for expanding enterprise pipelines across new regional hubs
