The Hampton Inn in Anthem is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor for our 76‑room property in beautiful Anthem, Arizona! Candidate must have HVAC, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry skills and other various handyman experience.

Experience maintaining a pool and spa is also required. Position is available immediately. Responsibilities Inside hotel rooms, hotel public areas, and outside on the grounds of the property.

Outside in the pool and spa area, light groundskeeping, some irrigation repair, change lights in parking lot. Inside guest rooms, public guest areas, back‑of‑house areas making repairs. May be required to go up onto the roof of the property.

Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 75 lbs. Computer literate, able to locate supplies and parts online. Working on a ladder or hydraulic lift.

Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services. Perform work in a timely manner. Pleasant demeanor able to work with staff and guests in a positive manner.

Qualifications Able to lift, stand, carry tools and equipment; some work outdoors required. Ability to manage and maintain public pool, spa and equipment. Prior experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.

Familiarity with fire suppression systems and panels.
