Chief Building Engineer

Your new company Join a respected Seattle based foundation as a Chief Building Engineer and be a part of giving back to the community by overseeing a real estate portfolio based out of downtown Seattle, WA. As Chief Building Engineer, you’ll lead the engineering team in managing a circa 500k SF office portfolio across 18 buildings, including circa 65 residential units. Oversee daily operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire/life safety, and automation systems Coordinate vendors, review bids, and support construction and improvement projects Support property management with building security and procedures Assist with budgets and capital planning Participate in the on‑call rotation 10+ years of building maintenance experience, including 5+ years in leadership ~ Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office ~07 Electrical License ~ A stable role within a well ran Real Estate firm who offer the chance to be a part of a small "family style" culture.
