We are looking for our first Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO) to define and lead this transformation. This is more than a technology leadership role. We are looking for someone who can turn AI into a business capability—driving productivity, enhancing customer experience, empowering our consultants and creating new service offerings.

You will work directly with Executive Leadership to embed AI across the entire organisation and position Hexa as an AI-first consulting company.

Mission

As our CAIO, you will define and execute Hexa’s AI strategy, ensuring AI becomes part of how we work, how we serve clients and how we grow our business. You will identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives, build governance, accelerate adoption and measure business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own Hexa’s AI strategy, roadmap and operating model.
• Identify opportunities to automate, optimise and redesign internal business processes using AI.
• Lead the adoption of AI across all business functions, including Recruitment, Sales, HR, Operations, Finance and Marketing.
• Design AI-powered solutions that improve consultant experience and customer value.
• Partner with business leaders to identify use cases with measurable ROI.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms and vendors.
• Establish governance, security and responsible AI practices.
• Build an AI culture through enablement, training and internal evangelisation.
• Monitor AI trends and ensure Hexa remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Define KPIs and measure the impact of AI initiatives across the organisation

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience leading AI, Digital Transformation or Innovation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Automation and Machine Learning.
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI opportunities.
• Experience delivering AI projects from strategy through execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to build new capabilities from scratch.
