Chef de Cuisine | Upscale Seafood Restaurant | West Los Angeles We are seeking an exceptional Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen of one of West Los Angeles' most respected seafood-focused restaurants. This well-established, chef-driven operation is known for sourcing premium seafood and delivering an elevated dining experience in a polished yet approachable setting. We're looking for a passionate culinary leader with deep seafood knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to developing talented teams.

What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day kitchen operations Mentor, train, and develop cooks and sous chefs Collaborate with the Chef/Owner on menu development and seasonal features Maintain exceptional standards of quality, consistency, and execution Oversee scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and labor management Foster a positive, professional, growth-oriented kitchen culture Drive operational excellence while achieving financial goals What We're Looking For Strong seafood knowledge and genuine passion for seafood cuisine Experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or similar leadership role in an upscale restaurant Excellent organizational and administrative skills Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate kitchen teams Creative and collaborative approach to menu development Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence Desire to mentor team members and help advance their careers Compensation & Benefits Base Salary up to $115,000 Strong Performance Bonus Program Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Benefits Package Restaurant Closed Two Days Per Week Five Dinner Services and One Brunch Service Weekly This is an outstanding opportunity for a chef who wants to work with exceptional ingredients, collaborate with an experienced ownership team, and help lead one of West Los Angeles' premier seafood destinations.
