Job Description
Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant with 5-8 years experience in manufacturing industry
- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of IND AS and relevant regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in taxation and compliance including direct and indirect tax, statutory filings and adherence to internal control frameworks
- Comfort with ERP and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
About the Role
The CA will oversee entire gamut of Accounts & Finance including Costing & Taxation, MIS preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Budgeting & forecasting
- Managing budgeting and forecasting processes by collaboration with cross functional team.
- Comparison of Actual performance vs Budgeted performance and identifying areas of improvement
Financial Statements
- Scrutiny of all GL’s.
- Ensuring all bills are correctly accounted for.
- Monitoring cost structures and supporting financial planning for manufacturing and operations.
Statutory and tax compliance
- Ensuring all tax returns are correctly and timely filed.
- Leading all types of audit including Tax audit, Statutory audit or any other departmental audit.
MIS
- Ensuring all daily MIS’s are prepared in timely manner.
- Preparation of monthly MIS with reconciliation of consumption report.
- Ensuring MIS and financials are properly reconciled.
