Charge RN

Piedmont Healthcare seeks a Charge RN to lead clinical operations on our inpatient unit. The Charge RN coordinates patient care, assigns and supervises nursing staff, and ensures adherence to clinical and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, supporting complex clinical interventions, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and mentoring nurses.
