Job Title : Channel Sales Specialist Job Location: Ahmedabad Experience Required : 10+ Years Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Power Electronics / E&C CTC Budget : 25 lpa Max Key Responsibility : We are looking for a senior sales professional who can build and manage a strong dealer and distributor network across India for products like UPS systems, IT power solutions, drives (VFD), and related industrial electrical products. The person should have experience working with channel partners such as distributors, dealers, system integrators, and resellers. Their main job will be to increase sales, appoint new partners, support existing partners, run marketing activities, and grow business across different regions in India.
The candidate should already know the market and have connections with companies like ABB, Siemens, Vertiv, Eaton, APC, Danfoss, Yaskawa, Fuji Electric, CG Power and Industrial Solutions, Socomec, Ingram Micro, etc. Key Responsibilities (Easy Version) Develop dealer/distributor network across India Appoint new channel partners and manage existing ones Increase sales through distributors and resellers Train channel partners and sales teams Run marketing campaigns and promotional schemes Monitor partner stock and sales performance Resolve conflicts between channel partners Set sales targets and review performance regularly Expand business into new territories and markets Ensure partners follow company policies and ethics Ideal Candidate Profile Candidate should: Have strong experience in Channel Sales Know UPS, IT Power, VFD, or Industrial Electrical products Have PAN India channel management exposure Be comfortable handling distributors/dealers Have leadership experience managing large sales teams Possess good market knowledge and industry connections Interested Candidate can share their Updated CV with [email protected]
