Job Description This is a remote position. Job Summary CyboSec Technologies is seeking an energetic, highly motivated Channel Sales Manager to drive partner-led business growth across key regions: Chennai, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in channel sales, partner acquisition, and relationship management within IT, Cloud, or Cybersecurity domains.
In this role, you will recruit and enable channel partners, generate predictable revenue through the partner ecosystem, and expand CyboSec’s regional market presence. Responsibilities Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing channel partners, resellers, system integrators (SIs), and managed service providers (MSPs). Maintain and deepen relationships with existing and prospective partners to ensure long-term business retention.
Drive predictable monthly and quarterly sales growth exclusively through the regional partner network. Conduct product demonstrations, training programs, and enablement sessions to equip partners to sell CyboSec solutions effectively. Collaborate closely with partners on co-marketing activities, partner events, and joint field sales to generate and close business opportunities.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance, address challenges, and optimize sales strategies. Coordinate with internal technical and product sales teams to ensure smooth post-sales execution and partner success. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–5 years of dedicated experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or IT Business Development.
An established network within the regional IT channel ecosystem is highly advantageous. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and corporate presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region for partner meetings and events. Preferred Qualifications Experience in cybersecurity solutions (Endpoint Security, Anti-Virus, Firewall, Network Security). Experience in cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) & managed IT services.
Experience in advanced security (MDR, SOC Services, SASE, Zero Trust). Experience in SaaS and enterprise software solutions. Experience in backup, disaster recovery, and ISP/telecom business solutions.
