Change Manager โ MSP Focused About the Role We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the successful implementation and adoption of Managed Service Provider (MSP), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Statement of Work (SOW), and blended workforce solutions. This role will partner with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to drive organizational readiness, user adoption, and sustainable change throughout implementation programs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in change management, workforce solutions, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to navigate complex client environments and deliver impactful change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Change Management Support the development and execution of change management strategies that maximize adoption and business outcomes. Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness assessments, and adoption planning activities. Facilitate client workshops to identify stakeholder groups, communication requirements, engagement strategies, and training needs.
Lead change management activities for MSP, RPO, SOW, and blended workforce solution implementations. Develop and deliver communication plans, training programs, engagement sessions, and change readiness initiatives. Monitor stakeholder engagement and adoption throughout implementation and post-go-live phases.
Contribute to project governance by providing regular status updates, risks, issues, and change management progress reports. Project & Implementation Support Apply established change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. Support continuous improvement of change management tools, templates, and ways of working.
Collaborate closely with project managers, workstream leads, SMEs, and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines. Client & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Partner with business leaders and project sponsors to drive alignment and commitment to change initiatives. Influence stakeholders at all levels to support project objectives and adoption goals. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Success Measures Effective delivery of change management strategies that drive user adoption and sustained behavioral change. Strong stakeholder engagement and positive client feedback. Successful management of project risks, issues, milestones, and status reporting.
Effective use of technology platforms including VMS, ATS, CRM, assessment, and sourcing tools. Demonstrated understanding of MSP, RPO, SOW, services procurement, and workforce management programs. Qualifications & Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Adult Learning, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in Change Management within large-scale transformation or implementation programs. Experience working within complex, global, or matrixed organizations. Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred PROSCI Certification. Formal education or certification in Organizational Change Management. Experience in MSP, RPO, SOW, Services Procurement, Talent Acquisition, or Human Capital Consulting environments.
Experience supporting workforce solutions or contingent workforce programs. Skills & Competencies Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable communications. Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills. Experience working with global and culturally diverse teams.
Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management and collaboration tools. Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
