About the role\nThe Infrastructure Change Lead is responsible for leading a strategic approach to support TAFE NSW to successfully adopt and embed infrastructure changes (systems, process, people and culture) across a portfolio of programs and projects.
\nThis is a pivotal role leading a team to develop change and engagement initiatives to uplift Asset Management capability, implement change behaviours associated with the use and governance of physical spaces. In addition to adopting new technologies and systems that support the operation and management of infrastructure a key aspect of the role is exploring innovative ways to approach sustainability.
About You\nWe are looking for a dynamic Change Lead with proven experience delivering large-scale organisational change initiatives and detailed knowledge of change management methodologies. Your ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation, develop strong partnerships with stakeholders and influence senior leaders will also be key to your success. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities are essential as is the ability to respond in a flexible and agile way to changing timelines and requirements.
\nYou will have:

- A degree qualification in a related field or equivalent significant experience relevant to the role. \n
- Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, coordinating and supporting organisational change delivery in a large private or public sector organisation. \n

- Experience supporting change behaviour associated with infrastructure \n
