Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site CFS Manager / Finance Manager / F&I Manager role based at AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale in Scottsdale, AZ. The individual in this role will help finalize the purchase process for vehicle sales, including presenting financing options, extended service plans, and protection options to customers in a transparent and compliant manner. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing finance documents, securing approvals from lenders, ensuring accurate contract completion, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of lending guidelines and dealership policies.

The role collaborates closely with the sales team to support deal structures, maximize customer satisfaction, and achieve finance and product sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining regulatory compliance, tracking key performance metrics, and contributing to ongoing process improvements within the finance department.

Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive finance and insurance operations, including structuring deals, presenting finance options, and processing related documentation.
  • CSI Plays a huge role here.
  • Strong knowledge of lending practices, financial products, and compliance requirements in the automotive retail industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information clearly, build trust with customers, and handle negotiations professionally.
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK is ideal), finance software, and standard office tools such as MS Office / Excel / iPad Use / PC Operation.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in an automotive dealership environment, preferably in F&I, sales management, or related roles.
  • High school diploma required, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as business needs require, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory customer service.
