Location: Vaughan, ON (2700 Steeles Ave W / 2233 Sheppard Ave W)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Temporary

Pay Rate: $23.00–$25.00 per hour

Job Summary

LM Quality Staffing is currently seeking experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Vaughan. The successful candidate will safely operate material handling equipment, support warehouse operations, and ensure products are moved efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment.

Available Shifts

Option 1

• Monday to Saturday
• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• $23.00/hour

Option 2

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday (40 hours/week)
• 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• $25.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and store products throughout the warehouse.
• Perform order picking and material handling.
• Operate RF scanners to track inventory.
• Complete daily equipment inspections before use.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications

Required

• Valid Canadian Work Permit, Permanent Resident, or Canadian Citizenship.
• Valid Forklift Licence.
• Minimum 1 year of recent stand-up forklift experience.
• Experience operating:
• • Reach Truck
  • Dock Stocker
  • Raymond Reach
  • Crown Reach
  • Walkie
  • RF Scanner
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable transportation is considered an asset.

Hiring Process

Qualified candidates will be required to complete a practical forklift skills assessment before placement.

Only candidates who successfully pass the forklift evaluation will continue in the hiring process.
