Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations or Centre Manager to work in a high-tech, modern retail and leisure park. The role is a 6-month minimum fixed term contract within a leading property management company's wider portfolio. This role provides the opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their experience within a site undergoing huge redevelopment projects as well as expand into more leisure focused areas of shopping centres.
Key Responsibilities Be responsible for the successful operational and commercial management of the centre Effectively and proactively manage the Cleaning, Security and M&E supplier contracts Be the face of the scheme, build and develop positive relationships with key external and internal stakeholders including tenants, customers, local authorities and business groups Identify and implement strategies to improve tenant performance and asset value Play an active role in the development of marketing, PR and events to drive positive media coverage, footfall and sales.
