CCM Developer (Front-End & Back-End) | Banking | Remote based in SPAIN

Are you an experienced Quadient Inspire Developer looking to work on a large-scale digital transformation programme within the financial services sector?

We're hiring a Senior Quadient Inspire Developer to join a global technology consultancy delivering innovative digital onboarding and customer communication solutions for a leading banking organisation.

You'll collaborate with international teams, working closely with UK stakeholders, so fluent English is essential.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop and maintain Quadient Inspire solutions supporting digital customer journeys.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Implement and enhance dynamic forms and customer communications.
• Support business users and front-office teams by resolving functional and technical queries.
• Participate in deployments, monitoring and production support while following governance and risk management standards.
• Work alongside cross-functional Agile teams in a collaborative, international environment.

What we're looking for

Essential

• ✔️ 5+ years' experience with Quadient Inspire Automation, including workflow implementation and debugging.
• ✔️ 3+ years' experience with Quadient Inspire Dynamic Communications.
• ✔️ Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs.
• ✔️ Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Quadient Inspire Automation Certification.
• Quadient Inspire Dynamic Communications Certification.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and other Atlassian tools.
• Experience using GitHub.
• Exposure to AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
