Position Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Catering & Events Sales Administrator to join our growing sales pod team.

This position plays a key role in both event coordination and catering sales, supporting the sales team in closing business and ensuring events are executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and a drive to support client relationships and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities : Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients within the sales pod, managing inquiries, proposals, and event logistics.

Support sales efforts by assisting in lead follow-up, creating custom proposals, and maintaining CRM data. Collaborate with the sales executive and culinary team to develop creative, customized menus. Coordinate with internal departments (kitchen, staffing, rentals, logistics) to ensure all event details are aligned and executed smoothly.

Attend client meetings and site visits as needed to support the sales process and finalize event details. Prepare comprehensive event documents including timelines, staffing plans, floor plans, and setup/breakdown instructions. Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and professional service.

Provide on-site event support as needed, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations. Track sales metrics and assist with post-event feedback to enhance future services and upsell opportunities. Qualifications : 1+ years of experience in catering sales, event administrative, or hospitality is preferred.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM and event management software a plus. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
