• Payrate: £650p/d via Umbrella

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT supplier and commercial manager with a strong background in software and hardware procurement, supplier management and commercial negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT procurement activities.
• Manage software, hardware, cloud and telecom categories.
• Run tenders, RFPs, RFQs and contract renewals.
• Manage strategic third-party suppliers and governance reviews.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
• Drive supplier performance and cost optimisation.
• Partner with Technology, Finance and Legal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance and risk management.

Required Experience

• 5+ years IT procurement experience.
• Software and hardware procurement expertise.
• Strong third-party supplier management background.
• Commercial negotiation and contract management experience.
• Experience delivering savings and value creation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• SAP Ariba, Coupa or Jaggaer knowledge.
• CIPS qualification or relevant experience

Desirable Experience

• Experience in regulated industries.
• Experience using Gera and/or Certa platforms for supplier management and third-party risk.
• Supplier onboarding, due diligence and compliance experience.
