Category Manager

About The Role: We are looking for a highly driven Category Manager to own and scale Be Bodywise s Supplement category end to end. This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, analytical thinking, and execution capability to drive revenue, profitability, and customer growth across channels. Key Responsibilities: Own the P and L for supplements category, driving revenue, and growth targets Build and execute category strategy aligned with overall brand and business goals Identify growth opportunities through market trends, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarking Drive assortment planning, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle management Work closely with product development teams to launch new products based on consumer needs and gaps Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and launches Monitor and improve key metrics such as conversion, AOV and repeat rate Analyze category performance regularly and drive data-backed decision-making Qualifications :1-3 years of experience in category management / business, preferably in D2C or e-commerc eStrong understanding of P&L management and business metric sProven track record of scaling categorie sHigh analytical capability with hands-on experience in Excel / data tool sStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skill sAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environmen t
