What you’ll do Own the entire catalogue lifecycle -onboarding → listing → optimization → performance Decide what goes live and what doesn’t (no dead inventory mindset) Ensure high-quality listings : Images Titles Descriptions Attributes (size, fit, fabric, etc.) Work closely with: Category team (what to stock) Ops team (what’s available in dark stores) Marketing (what gets pushed) Track SKU-level performance : Conversion rates Return reasons Try & Buy success Continuously improve discoverability (search, filters, sorting) Build systems for: Fast SKU uploads Error-free catalogue Real-time updates What matters here Speed of execution > perfection Taste matters (you know what sells, not just what exists) Data-backed decisions (but not overthinking) Obsession with detail You’ll thrive here if You think like a merchant, not an uploader You can look at a product and instantly say: “This will sell” / “This won’t” You care about customer experience , not just backend accuracy You move fast without breaking systems You won’t enjoy this if You need structured SOPs for everything You’re okay with slow processes You treat catalogue as a support function Bonus (not mandatory) Experience in fashion / e-commerce cataloguing Understanding of sizing, fits, and trends Exposure to quick commerce / high-SKU environments
