About the Role
Are you a people person who enjoys creating great experiences? We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member to join Auxus across our Adelaide commercial buildings. In this varied role, you’ll provide professional concierge support and help coordinate and deliver onsite events and tenant engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming and professional concierge service to tenants, visitors and contractors.
- Respond to enquiries and support day-to-day building services in line with site procedures.
- Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of onsite events and activations.
- Liaise with building teams, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure activities run smoothly.
- Support event setup, presentation and pack-down as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, clients and colleagues.
- Follow building guidelines and relevant safety procedures.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
- Experience in concierge, hospitality, events or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
- Confidence working independently and adapting to different sites and teams.
- A genuine interest in delivering both excellent front-of-house service and engaging tenant experiences.
- Availability for casual shifts across Adelaide CBD, generally Monday to Friday during business hours.
