Case Manager (Las Vegas)

About the Company Full-Time | Fast-Paced | Client-Focused About the Role Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters. Assist attorneys with new client intakes and case setup. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and valued throughout their case.

Responsibilities Collect, organize, and track all case-related documentation. Monitor client treatment progress and maintain regular communication regarding medical updates. Collaborate with attorneys, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and internal staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently.

Maintain detailed and accurate case notes in the firm’s legal case management software. Qualifications 1+ years of personal injury case management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Nevada personal injury law, legal terminology, and medical terms.

Required Skills Excellent communication and client service skills — professional, empathetic, and patient. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. Experience with legal case management software (e.g., Needles, Filevine, or similar).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing caseload tasks. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
