We offer modern facilities, a fleet of state-of-the-art aircraft, cutting-edge training resources, and a continuous focus on innovation and progress ensuring our students receive the highest standards of education and preparation for their careers.

The Role

To strengthen this support, we are looking for a Career Manager who will act as a genuine career coach for students who have completed their training.

Key Responsibilities

Support graduating students through their transition into employment

  • Provide one-on-one coaching to students who have completed their training, acting as a true career coach.

  • Help each student define and refine their professional project (type of airline, type of position, geographic preferences, etc.).

  • Provide personalized follow-up until the student secures a pilot position.

Prepare students for airline selection and recruitment processes

  • Organize preparation sessions for interviews and selection tests used by airlines (HR interviews, psychometric tests, simulator/scenario-based assessments, group exercises, etc.).

  • Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive, personalized feedback.

  • Share the specific codes and expectations of airline pilot recruitment, drawing on strong knowledge of the industry's selection processes.

Organize conferences and workshops for students finishing their training

  • Design and lead thematic conferences (job market overview, recruiters' expectations, testimonials from active airline pilots, etc.).

  • Invite and coordinate external speakers (airlines, recruiters, active pilots).

  • Organize practical workshops (CV writing, cover letters, interview techniques, soft skills).

Monitor the job market and pilot recruitment trends

  • Stay up to date on airline recruitment activity and evolving selection processes.

  • Liaise with other Astonfly teams (training, airline partnerships) to continuously adjust the support provided to students.
