- Weekends only -- approximately 2 weekends per month
- 24-hour shifts -- 7 am to 7 am
- Patient volume varies with census -- typically not very busy
- Hospital setting
- Interventional and general cardiology procedures required
- Hospital privileges required
- Emergency backfill coverage
- Board certification or eligibility required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
