Car Painter (Relocation to Belgium)

Our client is one of the top 3 automotive dealer groups in Belgium, having sold over 16,600 new vehicles in 2023.
The group represents leading brands including Audi, Volkswagen, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, VW Commercial Vehicles, as well as BMW, MINI, Jaguar, and Land Rover.
Due to strong growth in the Limburg region, they are currently expanding their team and are looking for an experienced Car Painter.

Conditions

We offer a stable and attractive employment package in Belgium:

• Hourly salary: €18 – €21/hour (based on experience and skills)
• Fully legal employment under Belgian regulations (social security & pension rights)

Profile

As a Car Painter, you are responsible for delivering high-quality finishes on vehicles, ensuring excellent visual and technical standards.
Your tasks include:

• Color matching and paint mixing
• Applying technical paint specifications
• Performing professional spray painting techniques
• Applying primer, base coat, and clear coat
• Setting up and operating spray booths
• Performing spot repairs
• Final quality control and finishing inspection

Experience with disassembly and assembly of vehicles is considered a strong advantage.
We are looking for a skilled professional with a passion for automotive work and precision:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a car painter / spray painter
• Strong passion for cars and high-quality finishing
• Solid knowledge of spray painting techniques
• Good command of the English language
• European nationality
• Driving licence B is a plus
