Position Overview This role supports Revolutional’s National Security & Defense business unit (BU), focused on mission-critical programs across DHS, DoS, and related agencies. The BU is in an active growth phase, expanding through full-and-open competition and modernization initiatives. Success requires disciplined capture execution, strong customer engagement, and the ability to align technical differentiation with mission priorities.

The core challenge: competing and winning in complex, high-value ($25M–$250M+) federal pursuits where positioning, timing, and execution determine outcomes. Position Description As a Capture Manager at Revolutional, you will serve as the strategic lead for competitive pursuits, owning capture execution from early shaping through submission. You will be responsible for developing win strategies, shaping opportunities pre-RFP, and driving coordinated execution across business development, proposal, and technical teams.

This role requires someone who can operate in high-stakes environments, aligning stakeholders, building competitive positioning, and increasing probability of win (P-win) across the portfolio. What You Bring (Requirements) Baseline Requirements Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance (Active Secret or Top Secret preferred) 5+ years of experience in federal capture, business development, or related roles Experience supporting National Security & Defense customers Technical Capabilities Demonstrated experience leading full-and-open capture efforts for pursuits $25M+ Strong understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle and competitive positioning Experience developing capture plans, win strategies, and executive-level materials Experience conducting competitive intelligence and market analysis Proficiency with GovWin, Salesforce/TechnoMile, and federal acquisition research tools Core Strengths Strong ownership mindset with accountability for win outcomes Ability to operate in competitive, ambiguous environments and drive clarity Strategic thinking combined with disciplined execution Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Ability to align cross-functional teams toward a unified win strategy Nice to Have (Differentiators) Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance Experience supporting DHS (CBP, ICE, FEMA) and/or DoS modernization efforts Background in cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, or digital modernization Experience transitioning organizations into full-and-open competitive environments Experience mentoring capture professionals or contributing to scalable capture processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
