Job Description
Takes leadership initiative in working with internal team members, and client departments including cost/scheduling, procurement, quality assurance, construction, contracts, legal, labor relations, finance, accounting and other services and departments as required to successfully manage the proposal. Provides an integrated project team approach in working with designers, contractors, and governing agencies. Conducts competitor analysis.
Coordinates communications, stakeholder contacts and maintains good working relationships. Support the pursuit and capture of Federal Civilian and Federal DoD owners’ representative opportunities across the US Work across service offerings to identify the needed and if available in-house expertise to deliver assist a client in the delivery of their mission Identify and partner with external businesses to increase P win rate and drive growth of the market sector Contract administration for various clients in the private sector and government agencies Contract negotiation with subconsultants for competitive pricing and discounted pricing Subcontract management from identifying a sub to meet a client’s specific need, developing and negotiating the scope of work, managing price proposals, develops agreements, and management of the sub consultant after award through to close out of a project Assists in the development and review of proposals for various public sector clients BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field. Experience pursuing US Federal Government programs/projects within the past 3 years.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience pursuing owners representation opportunities. Relevant experience partnering with firms to deliver solutions for clients based on known challenges.
