Campus Engagement Specialist

Role Overview: We are seeking an energetic person to support our Campus-to-Corporate programs. This role serves as the link between colleges and our training initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination, active student engagement and smooth on-ground execution. Responsibilities: Connect with colleges, placement officers and student groups Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions and campus workshops Handle schedules, attendance and basic program logistics Work closely with trainers and ensure sessions run efficiently Interact with students, address their questions and share program updates Gather feedback and compile simple reports Travel to associated colleges when required Requirements: Strong communication skills in English and Tamil Friendly, confident and comfortable interacting with students Good coordination and follow-up abilities Able to multitask and manage responsibilities independently Willingness to travel Fresh graduates with enthusiasm and a readiness to learn
