About the Role As a Campus Ambassador for HEPro , you will act as the face of HEProAI within your campus , driving awareness, student engagement, and lead generation for our AI-driven experiential learning ecosystem . HEPro focuses on project-based learning, AI-powered career mapping, and human-centric mentoring systems , helping students become industry-ready through real-world projects and personalized learning paths . Compensation Structure Fixed Stipend: ₹1,000 per month Performance Incentive: 30% commission on every successful sale/conversion Additional perks based on performance (certificates, LOR, leadership roles) Key Responsibilities 1.

Branding & Awareness Promote HEPro programs (AI, ML, Business, Career Acceleration, etc.) Conduct: Classroom announcements Peer-to-peer outreach Social media promotion (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram) 2. Student Engagement Organize: Info sessions / mini webinars Campus discussions on AI, careers, and skills Create interest in: AI Talent Mapper Internship programs Career acceleration pathways 3. Lead Generation & Conversion Identify and onboard interested students Share program details and guide them through registration Follow up with leads to drive conversions Focus: Awareness → Interest → Enrollment 4.

Community Building Build a HEPro student community in your campus Create WhatsApp/Telegram groups for engagement Maintain active interaction with interested students 5.
