Role Overview: We are looking for a Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across digital channels with a strong focus on lead generation, ROI, and scale. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other performance channels Own end-to-end campaign setup: targeting, creatives coordination, budgets, and optimization Monitor daily performance metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results Coordinate with creative, content, and tech teams for campaign execution Prepare performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders Ensure campaigns align with business goals and growth targets Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Campaign Management Mandatory experience in EdTech campaigns (lead-based funnels) Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Data-driven mindset with good understanding of analytics tools Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently What We’re Looking For: Strong ownership and execution mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment Detail-oriented with strong optimization skills What We Offer: Competitive salary.
