Overview
As Campaign Manager โ Attendee Marketing you translate strategy into detailed briefs and tactical plans to acquire, engage, and retain attendees. You lead agile marketing ceremonies as hub master, coordinating with Centres of Excellence to deliver data-driven, channel-optimized campaigns. You shape audience-aligned campaigns and measure impact to maximize ROI, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet event goals.

- Translate strategy into detailed campaign briefs with objectives, audiences, messaging, and channels
- Develop tactical plans aligned with event goals and attendee targets
- Provide strategic direction on campaign frameworks and audience resonance
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager to reflect broader strategy
- Run the agile marketing hub for the pillar and coordinate sprint planning with hub engagement managers and CoEs
- Identify effective channels for acquisition and engagement and recommend channel mixes
- Embed insights from marketing analytics into channel strategies and targeting
- Partner with Attendee Hub and Centres of Excellence to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Ensure messaging is consistent with attendee value propositions
- Monitor KPIs and report performance to stakeholders
- Continuously stay updated with trends and adopt a test-and-learn approach to improve campaigns
- Proven experience in campaign management for integrated attendee marketing across multiple channels
- Ability to translate strategy into detailed, measurable campaign plans
- Data-driven mindset with experience embedding analytics into planning and optimization
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (content, operations, sales)
- Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities, capable of managing multiple briefs
- Analytical skills for tracking and reporting on attendee campaign performance
