We are looking for passionate, patient-focused, and multilingual Business Development Executives to support patient acquisition, relationship management, and business growth across our expanding network.
Role Overview The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, converting leads into centre visits, and delivering an exceptional patient experience throughout the patient journey. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales acumen, empathy, and the ability to build trust with patients and caregivers while consistently achieving conversion targets. Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Acquisition & Lead Conversion Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Generate follow-ups and convert inquiries into patient visits. Explain treatments and services to patients and address their queries. Follow up with prospective patients and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly visit targets. Build trust-based relationships with patients and caregivers. Guide patients through consultation and appointment booking processes.
Patient Relationship Management Deliver a compassionate and professional patient experience. Understand patient requirements and recommend appropriate treatment consultations. Address concerns and ensure timely resolution of patient queries.
Maintain high standards of patient service and communication. CRM & Reporting Update patient information and call details accurately in the CRM system. Maintain follow-up schedules and lead status updates.
Track patient journeys from inquiry to visit. Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. Coordination & Operations Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Work closely with centre teams regarding appointments and patient requirements. Ensure smooth communication between patients and operational teams. Adhere to company SOPs and communication protocols.
Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 2 year of sales experience in a BPO, Call Center, Telesales, Patient Counselling, Customer Service, or Healthcare Sales environment. Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Preferred Skills Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Good listening and objection-handling abilities. Ability to build rapport with patients and drive conversions.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills. Multilingual communication abilities will be an added advantage.
