The business operates an ERP system, but a lot of work still happens in spreadsheets, emails and manual processes. No one currently owns the gap between the systems and how people actually work. Its costing the business time and efficiency every day.

The right person for this role is a process developer, who understands how a business operates and can build the technical solutions to make it run better.
